CEC ArtsLink's new initiative in Central Asia aims to support an international exchange of ideas and perspectives held by communities and individuals in the Kyrgyz Republic and Tajikistan, and to develop a vehicle and infrastructure for the circulation of these ideas that is based on contemporary art practice.
